Today, teaching this work feels like the most natural thing in the world.

I have always loved to move. Even as a child, movement was my language. Natural, grounding, alive.

Later I studied engineering. That precision, that curiosity, they never left me. They still live in every practice I create.

Life gave me hard moments. Moments that broke me open, softened me, and taught me one essential truth: how fragile and how precious it is to feel truly at home in your own body.

When everything else was falling apart, movement became my way back. My way to breathe again. To rebuild. To stay centred.

What I teach now is shaped by decades on the mat, by deep study, and by real life, never just theory.

Awareness. Breath. Mobility. Gentle strength. And above all, learning to listen to the quiet intelligence of your own body.

I teach because I’ve lived it from the inside: movement can bring clarity, calm, and the deepest connection to yourself and to the world around you.
